Joseph DiGiovanni, Assistant Chief Engineer at Bala Plaza.  Joseph started his career here at Bala Plaza in 2006 when he came on board as a mechanic. 

He has since worked his way up to become an Engineer, then Lead Engineer at 3 Bala, and now Assistant Chief Engineer. 

‘Joseph is dedicated to helping lead Bala Plaza’s Engineering team to be the best in the area in maintaining the Building’s Class A reputation while performing at the highest levels of customer service. 

Joseph is a Philadelphia Licensed Engineer with multiple other Certificates including a SMC with BOMI International and Universal Refrigerant Certification with the EPA.  

Joseph looks forward to continuing to serve and build professional relationships, not only with the current tenants here at Bala Plaza, but with all future tenants as well.
