Jessica Burbach is a results-oriented real estate professional with over ten years of class-A office product experience ranging from major urban metro office towers located to suburban complexes.

Currently, she is responsible for a multi-faceted role spanning leasing, property management, marketing, and project management functions for Bala Plaza Park, a high volume, Class A, 62-acre suburban campus comprised of 3 buildings spanning 1.1 million square feet and home to over 90 tenants.

Prior to transitioning to the Bala Plaza Park team after the property sale, she worked for leading real estate companies Tishman Speyer and Hines with previous experience in corporate event planning and hotel management.

Jessica is a member of the City Ave District Marketing Committee. She holds a BA in English and French from The Ohio State University and her Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License.
