Doug is the Senior Real Estate Manager and oversees all operations for Bala Plaza Park, including the physical, financial, and personnel management of the asset. Doug has an extensive and successful history of managing all types of real estate investment portfolios for a variety of ownership structures, with a concentration in Class-A office and medical real estate properties.

Prior to joining Bala Plaza Management, Doug served as the Director of Real Estate for Thomas Jefferson University, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and the Jefferson Health Enterprise. During his tenure as Director of Real Estate, the Jefferson Enterprise achieved growth from 3 hospitals and 1.3M square feet to over 18 hospital buildings, 174 medical office buildings, and 15M+ square feet of real estate with over 500 leases.

Doug has held several senior leadership positions servicing multiple investment and asset management groups including Prime-US REIT, KBS Advisors, Barings, LaSalle Investment Management, INVESCO, Prudential Investments, and MetLife Investments.

Doug obtained the Certified Property Manager designation (“CPM”) from the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the Real Property Administrator designation (“RPA”) from Building Owners and Managers Association.

An avid golfer, Doug currently resides in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
